Collective Supplies, LLC complies with and compliments the Nation's Medical Countermeasure Stockpile, the Strategic National Stockpile Distribution Planning initiative defined by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Our solutions support the program's initiative by ensuring the availability and rapid deployment of antibiotics, chemical antidotes, antitoxins, life-support medications, intravenous drug administration, airway maintenance supplies, and other medical and surgical supplies equipment. This includes implementing the appropriate processes and procedures in coordination with state, local and Federal SNS planners on the operational processes and systems for delivering, distributing, and dispensing the SNS. We incorporate the Best Practices and significant concepts, including federal roles and responsibilities, state and local government responsibilities, SNS composition, SNS planning guidance, SNS delivery, SNS distribution and dispensing, SNS planning tools, and an evolving protocol of these Best Practices during the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic.
CATASTROPHIC EVENT PLANNING AND GLOBAL PANDEMIC
Collective Supplies, LLC in coordination with its partners and government initiatives, is committed to the ongoing Strategic Initiative of catastrophic event planning and international pandemic planning. Our approach combines analyzing the following:
The Magnitude and scope of the catastrophic event, the lack of prior experience with the catastrophic event and the increased overall complexity of the event(s) in accordance with FEMA's recommendations. After a coordinated analysis of the catastrophic event and/or global pandemic, the response planning is engaged to create innovation in the following three main sectors: New decision-making tools. Change in focus from all-hazard to scenario-specific planning and then predictive modeling techniques and analysis. This process and planning are in accordance with the Integrated Planning System (IPS). This program involves all of the federal departments and agencies that have roles in federal response and recovery activities. The Catastrophic Planning Program has a national orientation that involves integrating local, state, federal, regional and national organizations.
